About Chef Parrick
Leonard graduated from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate Degree in Culinary Technology. He has worked at Carolina Country Club located in Raleigh, NC. Leonard has spent 17 years in the food industry and has experienced the changes in consumer food awareness and dietary needs. His family has a military background, which allowed Leonard to travel and live in Europe and the Orient.
Leonard has been a resident of NC for thirty years and has been working with and consulting for the Inn since we opened in November 2001. He specializes in Asian, Creole, Southern, and European Cuisines. He presents menu items based on current culinary themes.
