2009 Yoga in the Park
Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 3, 8 AM. That's when we kick off this year's Yoga in the Park. It is FREE, designed for anyone of any age to do. Absolutely NO experience is necessary. What a nice way to start your day. Enjoy a little relaxation and stretching under the morning sky, surrounded by beautiful trees. Bring a blanket, beach towel or yoga mat to practice on and you might want to bring an additional "something" to put under your mat if you feel the ground is still too cold for you. We do sit and rest back on the ground. Depending on the temperature, you may consider dressing in layers. We start promptly at 8 AM and end promptly at 9 AM. Give it a try and just see if it doesn't make your day a little nicer!

Location: Mineral Springs Park, on S Main St., in Fuquay Varina.

Taught by local yoga teachers volunteering their time to provide yoga for anyone who would like to practice outside.
