Frozen Brandy Alexander drink/dessert

• 10 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1-T vanilla extract
• 2 T- Brandy
• 2 T- Cream de Coco

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg on top of each glass and garnish with a cookie or biscotti.
