Cancellation Policy for All Spa Services: Changes to Services and/or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations after 72 hours will be charged the full amount for all and any services booked. If cancelled within 7 days a cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply per service.
