Chocolate Frosting

  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In large bowl of an electric mixer, beat cocoa with melted butter and hot milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat on medium speed until smooth and thick.

Cool to room temperature before frosting cake. Makes approx. 3 cups of frosting.
